Alleghany Highlands Arts Council 2009-2010 Performing Arts Series will present Ed Asner as FDR on Monday, April 12, 2010 at 8:00 pm at Curfman Hall at Covington High School.  You won't want to miss this portrayal of one of America's best-loved presidents.  Ed Asner will light up the stage as Franklin Roosevelt in a solo performance of the drama "FDR".  Asner's won five Golden Globes and 16 Emmy Awards, primarily for his years of work on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and "Lou Grant."
